At Adin Accents, we take pride in delivering heritage-inspired items with care and clarity. This policy outlines our procedures for processing and fulfilling orders, as well as handling returns and refunds. We aim to deliver a seamless and transparent experience for all our customers.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  1. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
  2. Fulfillment begins once your order is finalized and may vary slightly by product type.

Product-Specific Notes

  1. Drinkware & Glassware: Ships from U.S. fulfillment centers with secure packaging. Fragile items may ship separately.
  2. Apparel & Pillows: Fulfilled regionally to speed up delivery.
  3. Wall Art: All pieces are 12×12 and professionally framed. Ready to ship; delivery may vary slightly by location.
  4. Throw Pillows: Feature bold full-color and elegant monochrome dual-sided designs. Arrive fully stuffed.

Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to fulfillment partner limitations.

International Order Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country.

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Some items may arrive in separate packages.


Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if:

  1. The item arrives damaged or defective, or
  2. The item is significantly different from what you ordered

To request a return:

  1. Email store@adinaccents.online within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include a clear photo showing the issue

Returned items must:

  1. Be unused and in original packaging
  2. Include any original tags or labels

Non-Returnable Items

  1. Gift cards
  2. Digital downloads
  3. Items returned after the 7-day window

Change-of-Mind Policy: We do not accept returns for:

  1. Change of mind
  2. Incorrect size or color selection
  3. Personal preference (e.g., design or style)

Please check all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Return Shipping

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  2. If eligible, Adin Accents will cover return shipping or issue a replacement at no cost.

Refunds

  1. Once a return is approved and inspected, a refund is issued within five business days via the original payment method.
  2. We will confirm the refund via email.
