Order Processing & Fulfillment
- Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
- Fulfillment begins once your order is finalized and may vary slightly by product type.

- Drinkware & Glassware: Ships from U.S. fulfillment centers with secure packaging. Fragile items may ship separately.
- Apparel & Pillows: Fulfilled regionally to speed up delivery.
- Wall Art: All pieces are 12×12 and professionally framed. Ready to ship; delivery may vary slightly by location.
- Throw Pillows: Feature bold full-color and elegant monochrome dual-sided designs. Arrive fully stuffed.
Military Addresses: We currently do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses due to fulfillment partner limitations.
International Order Buyers outside the U.S. are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in the destination country.
Shipping Confirmation: Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Some items may arrive in separate packages.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns: We accept returns only if:
- The item arrives damaged or defective, or
- The item is significantly different from what you ordered
To request a return:
- Email store@adinaccents.online within 7 days of delivery
- Include a clear photo showing the issue
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original packaging
- Include any original tags or labels
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Items returned after the 7-day window
Change-of-Mind Policy: We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or color selection
- Personal preference (e.g., design or style)
Please check all product details and size charts carefully before placing your order.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- If eligible, Adin Accents will cover return shipping or issue a replacement at no cost.
Refunds
- Once a return is approved and inspected, a refund is issued within five business days via the original payment method.
- We will confirm the refund via email.
