Some of our pieces feature authentic Adinkra symbols from Ghana, West Africa, a traditional visual system that expresses cultural values and wisdom. We also create original symbols and motifs inspired by these traditions, unique to the Adin Accents brand.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. While our main fulfillment is in the U.S., we offer international shipping to select countries,s including Canada and other global destinations.
3. How long does delivery take?
Most items are made to order. Please allow:
- Production Time: 2–5 business days
- Shipping within the U.S.: 5–7 business days
- Shipping to Canada: 7–10 business days
- Shipping to other international destinations: 10–20 business days
Please note That Customs processing, holidays, or postal service delays may impact delivery. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
4. Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Certain items, such as custom or intimate products, are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for complete details.
5. Do you provide free return shipping?
We cover return shipping only if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. For all other return requests, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. What if I received a damaged product?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Can I request a custom design or symbol?
At this time, we do not offer custom design requests. However, we frequently release new collections inspired by African heritage, values, and customer feedback.
